- Q2. Is there a dress code?
Attendees should dress in business casual attire. Conference rooms are often cooler, so we encourage attendees to bring a jacket or sweater. As part of health and safety protocol, face masks are optional.
- Q3. Will meals be available/provided at the WE3 Summit?
Certainly, Tuesday's schedule features a kickoff networking reception from 6 PM to 9 PM offering light hors d'oeuvres and beverages. Followed by Wednesday and Thursday where attendees can expect to have access to plenty of food and beverages.
- Q4. Will Wi-Fi be available?
Yes! Please look for the posted signs available at the event to connect. Leading up to the event we will also share in attendee communication.
- Q5. If I need to take a private work call, is there space available?
Yes, one of our event organisers can happily escort you to the Palm or Pacific room to work privately for a brief amount of time. Do note that these cannot be guaranteed to be 100% private and are designated workspace areas. We can guarantee all rooms will be equipped with Wi-Fi and no music interference for a calm working environment.
- Q6. What if I have dietary requirements for food allergies?

- Q7. Am I required to show proof of vaccination?
No, at this time you are not required to submit proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.
- Q8. How is WE3 addressing health and safety at the conference?
Currently, WE3 requests that all conference attendees take a COVID-19 test within 72 hours (about 3 days) prior to arriving at the Venue. Any attendee whose test results are positive, have been recently exposed to COVID-19, or is experiencing any illness symptoms within 72 hours prior to, or during the conference, are asked to refrain from attending. Please report your positive test directly to event organizer Sarah Fregeau, sarah.fregeau@zpryme.com immediately so we may notify the rest of the conference.
- Q9. Will I be required to wear a face covering?
Based on updated guidelines from the city of California where the venue is located, face masks will not be required to be worn indoors. However, attendees are encouraged to wear a mask to protect yourself and others.
